Refund policy
Shipping to countries other than the USA:
Customers are responsible for payment of any applicable duties and taxes on their import shipments.
Returns For Damaged Products:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products).
To start a return, you can contact us at flybodycare.info@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Stolen or Lost Package:
If you believe your package was stolen, we will send a free replacement after a claim has been made to the shipping carrier. Please call the carrier used for your shipment and open a case number. Upon receipt of your case number, send the case proof to flybodycare.info@gmail.com, along with your proof of purchase and order number. The 1st replacement is at no cost to you and will only be shipped with signature confirmation. A 2nd replacement will not be sent.
Any package sent with signature confirmation does not qualify for a refund or replacement.
